Our tilting cooker is available in standard size with kettle capacities from 400 - 2000 litres. In its standard design the double wall is designed for saturated steam 10 bar gauge pressure corresponding to 183°C heating temperature. On request it can be designed for 12 bar gauge pressure corresponding to 191°C.

In addition to the standard design a range of optional extras are available to offer the best solution to a particular requirement. Our tilting cooker is manufactured in stainless steel and offers the highest level of hygiene and efficiency of production. The latest technology allows simple maintenance and operation. Our tilting cooker can be equipped with an easily understood microprocessor technology for either semi or fully automatic operation.
